Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Greetings to you in the wonderful Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you kindly for your prayers and support. Myself, along with several others have just returned from the Philippine Islands, where as you probably have heard, they have been inundated with typhoons and other natural disasters. The flooding is the worst I have ever seen in the twenty-five plus years that I have been going there. However, the people are resilient and are doing the very best they can to cope with the devestations, losing what little you have in life is not ever easy. Because of your generousity and compassion, we were able to minister to the needs of hundereds of people, both with medicines and food. The typhoons have continued to pound the islands for the last month and we have continued to distribute aid and minister to the needs of the people daily. Please keep the Philippine people in your prayers, and the ongoing endeavors there.
As I am writing this letter, there are three teams of missionaries en-route to South Africa for several weeks of tent meetings. You can see the schedule for these on the website. Your prayers are much needed for these efforts, as we are going to these far-reaching areas to preach the Gospel. I am enclosing a couple of reports that have come in from recent trips.
May God bless and keep you in the center of His will.
Your brother in Christ,
Bro. Daniel Martin
